It has been the realisation of a simple dream that began one quiet night in Singapore. Three friends – a musician, a pianist and a creative director – were discussing life in this, their adopted country. Together they made some music, wrote some poetry and created a montage of visuals and a storyline which culminated in this video album.
Having never made a video before, they found help everywhere from kind people in Singapore. They borrowed a camera, shot visuals at friends' homes and offices, found a stylist in their parish, a hero and heroine from the neighboring parish and recorded sound in a friend's apartment.The only aspect done professionally was by an editor in Kerala.
This is a low-budget non-profit venture that tested their creativity and stretched their capabilities. They worked hard at their day jobs and spent their weekends in this constructive experiment. It is a test of their talent and a humble offering to the community, open to judgment and constructive criticism.
This maiden effort is a precursor of more creations to come. You are invited to participate in this collaborative creative process and travel along with them in this artistic journey.
